Abstract: 

and Objective: Due to volatile property of monomer from methylmethacrylate and its well known toxic side effects, in case of absorbtion via skin or respiratory system. Also, due to allergic reactions of it, consideration of suitable ventilation systems and using protective methods is very important. To decrease direct contact with it, the capabilities of technician and improves his health and WORK PLACE, we investigate relationship between methanol level and exposure to methylmethacrylate. Materials and Methods: In a case -control (in -vivo) study of 32 DENTAL laboratory technicians in Babol and Sari before and after WORKing and 32 normal subjects, urine samples were collected, Urine methanol levels were analysed by paper and gas chromatography Results: Mean concentration of methanol in case group (1.2 micro mo1/1) was significantly more than control group (0.78 micro mol/I). Also, methanol level was significantly higher after WORK (1.45 micro mol/I) when compared to before WORK (1.27micro mol/I), P<0.05. No relation between WORK history and urine methanol level was observed. Conclusion: Due to significant increase of methanol concentration during WORK in WORK PLACE, the use of protective methods such as suitable ventilation, wearing mask and gloves, also, using vapor absorbing tubes can be useful in increasing DENTAL laboratory WORKPLACE safty.

Abstract: 

Body is an important subject in sociological literature. It is so important that sociology of body has contributed to social theories. Body appears as a competitive field which is controlled and changed by numerous power elements. Female body has an important role in this field. The female body has numerous characteristics though which mechanisms of consumption, power game and market PLACE gain profits by encoding and forming it.This paper aims to investigate the female body and woman labor in the WORK PLACE. The present research attempts to answer this question: How is female body encoded in WORK PLACE? Our question was inspired looking at the manner of controlling the female body and its commodification at the WORK PLACE. Grounded theory which is theoretically oriented has been used in this research. The method of collecting data is, studying documents and observation and the questionnaire. According to grounded theory, data has been encoded and conceptualized in some steps. Findings show that power makes female body an ideological medium by manipulating it, on the one hand, and the market commercializes female body for obtaining capital and profit, on the other.

Abstract: 

Since the 1970s, greater attention has been given to the integration of WORK and education and different models of activities, such as WORK experience, WORK shadowing, WORK simulation, WORK observation, and WORKPLACE visiting have been organized in the WORKPLACE to prepare students for WORK (Rombold, 1990; Willshire, 1994).There have been major changes in the concept of relationship between WORK and education. There can be seen four models of industry/school. Development of these four models follows the development of the concept of integration of WORK and training in Australia since the 1970s. Regarding the models, there are four stages in development of this concept. In the second half of the 1900s and in the early 21 century, development of information technology (IT) has been created a new model based on virtual instruments for exercising WORK in a virtual WORKPLACE.This article will classify and analyze the relationship between industry and school provided in practice. Consequently, four models of "teacher-focused", "student focused", "curriculum focused", and "market focused" have been recognized. Each of them has some advantages and disadvantages. However, all models (separated or together) can be used in providing opportunities for both industry and school to make a closer relationship between the two parties. Finally, there are some suggestions by author for application of the models in the case of Iranian vocational education and training system.

Abstract: 

Social scientists consider human capital as a valuable and endless resource. Human WORK and his experimental skills and science is of great importance to them. While philosophers (such as Aristotle in Greece) were not aware of the. value of manual WORK in the ancient age, step by step during the industrial civilization, credit and value of WORK become more clear yet complicated. In our country, people do not devote necessary credit and value to WORK and the negative attitude towards WORK causes many problems, while it has had high importance in past culture and literature of Iran (especially in poem). In this essay by documentary method and selecting 3 classic poets of Iran, the concept of WORK in Persian poetry has been studied. This research shows: 1) Ferdosi as a representative of ancient age paid attention to the role of agricultural WORK in social production, 2) Sadi as an experienced poet and social reformer pays attentions to hard WORK and regards for it, 3) WORK in view of Molavi (Rumi), has a special dynamism. He also regards the acquisition of daily bread and human struggle as the mobilization toward God.

Abstract: 

مدیریت زنجیره تامین در نیمه دوم قرن گذشته توسعه فراوانی یافته و در قرن حاضر نیز این توسعه ادامه داشته است. یکی از زمینه هایی که امروزه مورد توجه فراوان قرار گرفته است، توسعه و انطباق روش های کنترل تولید و موجودی با فلسفه تولید بهنگام در سطح خطوط تولیدی و به منظور کنترل مناسب جریان مواد و محصولات در سطح زنجیره تامین است. به همین منظور در این مقاله سعی میشود تا سیاست کششی- فشاری کار در جریان ثابت(CONWIP)  با شرایط زنجیره تامین تطبیق داده شده و در انتها مدل فوق بهینه سازی گردد. در فرآیند بهینه سازی نیز با توجه به ماهیت پیچیده زنجیره تامین، از روش بهینه سازی شبیه سازی و الگوریتمهای ژنتیک و جستجوی محلی هدایت شده استفاده خواهد شد که انعطاف پذیری فراوانی را به منظور حل مساله دارا می باشند. در انتها نیز نتایج اجرای مدل مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار خواهد گرفت.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The social capital subject has become a major topic in economic debates and considered to be a vital issue along with physical and human capital in recent decades. Without social capital, investing in physical and human capital cannot be productive and also without creating trust among WORKforces in WORKPLACEs there cannot be an effective social capital to promote productivity. Studies have shown that social capital has more important role than other types of capitals and without this, it would be so difficult to obtain cultural and economic development. In addition, Tehran is one of the most major province of Iran that has the most employee and therefore, various activities going on in industrial areas that represents the condition of social capital indicator in the country's WORKPLACE. Thus, this study is conducted to examine social capital in WORKPLACEs and production communities as well. Method: The method of research was survey by using questionnaire technique. In order to measure reliability the Cronbach's coefficient alpha was used and two type of validity including face and construct validity were tested. 500 employee selected by random sample in industrial province of Tehran and data were analyzed by SPPSS. Findings: Findings have shown that the amount of social capital including social trust, social participation, social norms, social support and social relationship among these employee was average. (30. 6 percent had high amount of social capital, 32. 40 percent average and 37 percent low). The results of the survey also have indicated that the level of social capital was somewhat average. Low social capital makes efficiency low. So it must be increase in social capital to increase productivity. Social netWORKs and strong links were effective factors in finding jobs and reducing the risk of unemployment, and according to study large percentage of people found their jobs through social netWORK. Discussion and conclusion: Therefore, it should be noted that low social capital makes labor efficiency and productivity down, then in order to increase labor productivity, their social capital has to be increased; social netWORKs and links have also been effective in finding jobs and reducing unemployment risk. Since the social participation was worse than other components, it seems that attention to the issue of participation could be a first step towards increasing social capital in the WORKPLACE and subsequently increasing productivity. According to research findings related to trust, it seems that appropriate mechanisms should be put in PLACE to increase trust in WORK PLACE. Abstract: 

Background: Burnout and ethical behavior could affect job performance and employee behavior in organization. This survey research was done to investigate the relationship of burnout and ethical behavior at WORK PLACE. Method: this survey is a correlation study. The study population consisted of all experts of Jihad-e-Keshavarzi organization of Mazandaran province that had at least five years job experience. They WORKed on twenty counties of the province. Using stratified random sampling, 256 experts were selected for study. Data were gathered by questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS software. Results: Burnout can be assessed at medium level. Lack of personal success and depersonalization got maximum and minimum scores respectively. Furthermore, ethical behavior of studied samples can be assessed at medium level. Humanistic relationship and devotion to WORK got maximum and minimum scores respectively. Number of dependents, distance from home to WORK, age, WORK experience staff salary had not significant relationships with the ethical behavior. On the other hand, age, number of dependents, WORK experience and salaries of staff have significant relationships with burnout. But there was no significant relationship between distance from home to WORK and burnout. Burnout had a significant negative relationship with ethical behavior at the WORKPLACE. Conclusion: Burnout is associated with ethical behavior in the WORKPLACE. So, burnout and ethical behavior of employees has mutual influence on each other at WORK PLACE.
